Three men are under police protection today after shots were fired at their Hampshire home.
Two men in their twenties and a 17-year-old were in the house in Sarisbury Green when the home came under attack.
Police say that shots were fired at a car and the front door at about 6.45pm last night.
The house, in Addison Road, was sealed off to allow for forensic investigations while door to door inquiries are also being carried out.
Detective Inspector Nigel Oliver said: "Police are treating this report as an isolated incident.
"We believe the property damaged was specifically targeted by those responsible and was not the result of a random attack."
