We've woken bleary eyed after a night spent under canvas and are now furiously trying to make enough coffee to cure our dull heads.
A proper camping breakfast is underway thanks to coming to the festival equipped with a portable camping stove this year.
All the chat so far has been about last night's superb show, with Pendulum, Basement Jaxx and The Prodigy sending the crowd absolutely wild.
But one of the biggest and best surprises for me was stumbling across a new little stage on our way to the Big Top and finding James Walsh, the lead singer of Starsailor belting out hit after hit in a surprise guest appearance.
Starsailor are no strangers to playing the Isle of Wight Festival, but this was one of the finest acoustic sets that attracted a huge amount of people when word quickly spread on the site.
It was absolutely amazing, bring on day two.
