A FORMER Winchester schoolboy is to be appointed to one of the most senior Masonic posts in the region.
The AGM of the Masonic Province of Hampshire at Southampton Guildhall tomorrow was set to appoint Eric Moody as an assistant provincial grand master.
Some 1,300 masons are expected to attend.
Mr Moody, a retired airline pilot who now lives in Surrey, was educated at Peter Symonds’ Grammar School before joining BOAC as a pilot in 1965.
