A STUDY has revealed that Southampton women boast the smallest breasts in the country.
Fashion store Debenhams studied bra sales between April and October this year to discover the average bust size for different towns – and Southampton women came in at a small but perfectly formed 34B average cup size.
Body weight, age and the popularity of breast enhancement surgery in certain cities are some of the reasons for regional diversity, the report said.
Hampshire glamour model and Saints fan Lucy Pinder, pictured, who boasts a 32G chest, said: “I’m not technically from Southampton but Winchester is close. I’m obviously the exception that proves the rule!”
Liverpudlian women topped the poll with an ample average bust size of 34E, with Newcastle and Manchester taking the second and third spots.
