A HAMPSHIRE builder has won a top construction award for his work developing a £10.4m tank museum.
Rod Nutbourne picked up a silver medal at the national final of this year’s Construction Manager of the Year Awards in London for his part in developing the tourist attraction in Bovington in Dorset.
Rod, who works for Norwest Holst and lives in Woodlands, was praised for his handling for keeping the multi-million pound development while allowing the Tank Museum to remain open.
He was awarded his silver medal in the New Build and Refurbishment £10-£15m category by TV presenter Natasha Kaplinsky.
