Firefighters tackle caravan blaze
MORE than a dozen firefighters tackled a blaze that destroyed a static caravan at Marchwood early today.
Crews from Hardley and Hythe were called to the scene in Twiggs Lane shortly after midnight to find the fire had engulfed the whole of the unit.
They remained at the scene for almost two hours after spending 45 minutes damping down.
