YOUNGSTERS at a Hampshire school have been celebrating raising cash for a cancer charity.
Pupils at Wellow Primary School have handed over a cheque for £185 to Cancer Research UK after they were inspired to raise money for a worthy cause during a lesson about religion.
After hearing about how Muslims give money to charity as part of their following of Islam, Year 6 pupils contacted dozens of local businesses to see what donations they could offer.
