PHARMACY staff at Southampton General Hospital now have a state of the art robot to help them.
The pharmacy robot – pictured being used by assistant Clarrissa Weale – is one of the largest, busiest and most complex dispensing systems in the country.
It collects medicines quickly and accurately from its stock and collates them - either as stock for the ward or for an individual patient – saving time and storage space.
