A TOP Southampton netball club has its eyes on glory after receiving a £700 cash boost thanks to the Daily Echo.
We teamed up with the Hampshire and Isle of Wight Community Foundation to give away cash to community groups and sports teams in our Great £40,000 Community Cash Give-away. Blades Netball Club was one of 39 successful applicants – and was awarded £700.
Club manager Bev Ingle said the money would be spent on new equipment.
