MADE by the fans, for the fans.

A group of die-hard Saints supporters have produced their own memento for the club’s big day at Wembley and we have them to give away.

With the club flying high this year three season ticket holders, led by Saints Trust founder Nick Illingsworth, have launched a new COYR clothing brand.

Selling a range of Saints related T-shirts the team have moved quickly to produce a new shirt for the Johnstone’s Paint Trophy final a week on Sunday.

The whole range of COYR (Come On You Reds) shirts are designed by Carl Hitchcock with Tony Bigweed pouring his business knowledge into the new brand.

Urban design “We wanted to do something to mark the club’s success as well as providing something for supporters that perhaps don’t want to wear the official kit,” said Nick Illingsworth.

“If you look at the Italian clubs for example they all have fan groups called Ultras where large numbers of fans will wear the merchandise produced by them.

Businessman of the group Tony Bigweed said: “It’s a nice urban design and it’s something produced for the fans and by the fans. If anyone knows what they want, then we should.

“The brand itself is something that’s been 18-months in the planning, it’s just been pushed forward because the club has done so well this season.”

Designer of the T-shirts Carl said: “We’ve been kicking the idea around for a while and its gathered momentum like Saints’ season.”

Attendance’s have started to grow and it seems to be galvanising the city and we wanted to be able to mark that fact.”

Nick and the team will be selling T-shirts at the Bargate market this Friday and Saturday from 9am until 5pm and from the King Alfred pub on match days.
