IT WAS difficult to see the sky at Middle Wallop airfield as the annual kite festival took place.
Kite land boarding and kite buggying were the sports showcasing at the festival and involved vehicles powered by kites.
Land boarding is similar to skate boarding but the person is pulled by the wind and buggying involves a three-wheeled vehicle.
Both use the power of the wind and Mike Shaw one of the organisers said the day was a great success.
