LEXUS is continuing to follow on from its fifth successive JD Power and Associates win with a third successive win in the latest Sewells Fleet Operator survey. This latest achievement proves that Lexus has the most satisfied fleet operators as well as the most satisfied customers.

This is a comprehensive report detailing how fleet operators see the manufacturers, their services and their franchise. It aims to provide an independent review of the relationships that exist between the UK's 25-plus fleet operators, vehicle manufacturers and their dealer networks.

Lexus will see three new models in 2005 with the new generation GS range now on sale, the hybrid Lexus RX 400h on June 15, and the new generation

IS model towards the end of this year.

Andy Simpson, national corporate and re-marketing manager, said: "This is a very encouraging result for us to achieve top spot yet again and helps to remind us of the level of service we need to

maintain for the future. With new Lexus models coming on line, including long-awaited diesel models within the IS range, the future is looking very good.

"New products, innovative (hybrid) technology, strong residual values all underpinned by a revised, comprehensive pre-owned re-marketing programme, will ensure that steady growth is sustained over the next few years."
