STEVE Hicks has joined bus operator First Hampshire & Dorset as human resources training manager.
His role is to ensure the company, which runs 28,000 journeys a week, achieves its objectives through the effective recruitment, development and motivation of its 1,200 staff.
Steve has a sound background in his field, having previously worked for The Body Shop HQ, the Training Enterprise Council, and, more recently, business Link Wessex where he was human resources adviser to 120 businesses.
