STUDENTS from Arnewood Comprehensive School are receiving tuition from Brokenhurst Manor's assistant professional Chris Tyrell in a scheme funded by Hants Golf Union.
It was co-ordinated for the club by Norman Barnes and for Arnewood by PE teacher Mark Coleman.
The aim is to promote golf at junior level for students with no previous golf expertise.
The scheme is an annual event available through the Hants Golf Union (contact Keith Maplesden). At the moment Brokenhurst Manor and Liphook Golf clubs are the only participants. Any other offers?
