Hurstbourne Priors avenged ten years of hurt by beating Eversley away in the first round of the Village Knockout competition.
Previously when these sides met Eversley bowled Priors out for just 15 runs.
This time round Eversley won the toss and decided to post a total. Despite Priors resting veteran bowler Martyn Page for the game, they got off to a good start with Budd removing the Eversley skipper for 21.
