The Victory Vegas and Kingpin sports cruisers have scooped some of the top awards in the US bike press over the last two years and paved the way for the exciting 8-Ball and Hammer models introduced at the UK Bike Show at the NEC in November.

There is already a waiting list for these exclusive new models in the UK, but free stock is available through Fighter Station 454 and can be ordered at the Launch Day on Sunday.

With over 300 US dealers, Victory is the fastest-growing custom brand in the United States. Victory Motorcycles is a major division of Polaris Industries, USA - manufacturer of quad bikes, personal watercraft and snowmobiles. Polaris turn over $1.8 billion a year and celebrated 50 years of manufacturing in 2004.

The Victory Vegas wowed the motorcycle world when it made its debut in 2003, sweeping the year's best cruiser awards from four leading motorcycle magazines. Powered by the all-new 1,507cc fuel-injected Freedom V-twin engine and styled by custom bike guru Arlen Ness, the low, stretched Vegas became an overnight success.

In 2004 Victory followed up on that success with the Kingpin - a custom-styled low-rider with extended fenders and full footboards.

Once again the new Victory stole the top awards including Best New V-Twin Motorcycle from V-Twin Motorcycle magazine.

This year Victory introduces two new models: the stripped-down, all-black 8-Ball and the outrageous new Hammer, pictured left, with 100 cubic-inch (1,634cc) engine, six-speed overdrive transmission and enormous 250mm rear tyre - the widest yet seen on a production motorbike.

Test rides on Victory demonstrators can be booked in advance and start at 10am on Sunday.

Hot food and refreshments will be available and all are welcome. Fighter Station 454 can be found within Sideways Motorcycles on the Hybris Business Park, Crossways, Dorchester.
