RETIREMENT homes builder Churchill Retirement Living, based in Hampshire, has made three internal appointments.
Former senior surveyor Ian Gerrard has been promoted to the role of commercial manager.
Ian, on the left in the picture, will now head up the commercial team at the company's head office in Ringwood and will be responsible for overseeing the surveying department and general cost control.
Lindsay Marsden has been promoted to finance manager from finance superviser.
Carl Tunnicliffe, who has spent the past six years in the role of design manager, has been promoted to the role of design director for the company.
Spencer McCarthy, chairman and group managing director, said: "We are always keen to promote members of our team who show the necessary dedication and commitment."
