Fleming Park Leisure Centre in Eastleigh is holding an aqua therapy session on Wednesday at 11.30am. This is a totally non-impact class and is ideal for those suffering from back problems, arthritis or who are recovering from injury. The class costs £2.40.

MODCATS (Members of the Disabled Community Aiding Themselves Successfully) meets at St John's Hall, Hythe 10.30am-12.30pm every Friday. The Queen's College Oxford has a vacancy in a single-person flat in the ladies' block at Gods House Almshouses, Winkle Street, Southampton. The service, run by Southampton Medcap, offers information on a variety of issues as well as emotional support, support at meetings or appointments, signposting to services relevant to you and support to visit local play/leisure provisions.
