A PLAN to adopt an equal opportunities policy at Southampton City Council is to be put under the spotlight by city chiefs today.
The programme will cover areas such as sexual and racial harassment as well as victimisation of disabled people.
A consultation exercise on the details of the policy will take place across the city until May.
It will be discussed by members of the City Council's ruling Liberal Democrat Cabinet.
