SOUTHAMPTON marketing and communications company Carswell Gould Associates is scoring on and off the pitch after bosses installed table football.
The Town Quay-based firm has doubled in size, scored a raft of new business wins and recruited four new team members since the table was installed.
There is a serious side to the game - lively office matches have created a dynamic, creative environment, which staff say has translated into results for clients.
CGA's managing director Gill Gould said: "I'm so proud of CGA's success. I believe it is all down to recruiting the best young people in the area and providing them with a fun but hardworking environment where they can flourish. We employ people for their personality and what they can bring to the party."
