A SPORTS equipment library for residents and community groups in Southampton is to open its doors for the first time.
The launch of the Community Playlink project, based in Northam Parade, Northam, will be taking place on Wednesday.
The library, supported by the Children's Fund, will give people the chance to hire a range of equipment such as bats, balls, rackets and hockey sticks.
Customers will be able to visit the library every Wednesday afternoon. For more information call 023 8033 5362.
