FREE NHS refresher training is being offered to anyone who has previously trained for a career in healthcare to help them get back to practice.
The offer is open to nurses and midwives in the Hampshire and Isle of Wight region whose registration has lapsed in the last three years.
However, anyone who previously trained as any healthcare professional, including radiotherapists and healthcare scientists, can also take up the course.
People who finish the course will receive a £1,000 bursary, or £1,500 for midwives, and the NHS can also help with the additional costs of childcare, travel and other expenses during the refresher course.
