HAMPTWORTH are having a re-run of their successful Ladies Masters Golf programme starting on Friday.
Katie Dawkins, who runs the LMG course at Hamptworth, said: "Golf keeps you fit, it's a great way to socialise and it's great fun. With a series of six group sessions you will learn the swing, golf knowledge, rules and the body and the mind.
"The sessions also cover Pilates and relaxation, which ladies find easy to fit into their everyday lives."

Hamptworth are also staging a charity golf day for breast cancer on December 3. Entry fee is £125 per team of three for the event, which has a Texas Scramble format.
