FIREWORKS: A plea to remind you that as we head towards November 5, there are plenty of fireworks going off, so please remember to keep all animals safely locked away.

TADLEY Citizens Advice Bureau: Is now open for business, and would like to thank all its clients for their patience and understanding while the building works have been in progress.

The volunteers are collecting any unwanted items for their tombola stall on November 26, at the Ambrose Allen Centre at the switching on of the Christmas lights.

Anything new or unused can be brought to the bureau between 10am and 1pm, Monday to Friday.

WHIST drive: On Monday, November 29, Eileen Monger and her daughter, Sharon, are running a whist drive, starting at 7.30pm, at the Memorial Hall on The Green.

There will be plenty of prizes both in the whist and also in the raffle.
