WHITCHURCH and New Street fought out an entertaining, but ultimately goalless, league game on Wednesday night and on reflection both managers should be happy with a point.
Both sides set out to play football and with a complete lack of any derby type niggle the game flowed when possible.
New Whitchurch signing Bryn Keetch was causing problems, as was Chris Iddles, whose free-kick came back to him and he drilled wide from 18 yards on the half hour.
