NHS Direct Hampshire and the Isle of Wight is growing and needs 20 extra staff.
The Hedge End based telephone advice service is looking for 10 health information assistants and 10 nurse advisors.
A health information assistant earns £15,282 once qualified while the nurses positions are paid at G grade.
The service is opening its doors for a recruitment day this Saturday from 10am to 3pm.

The need for new staff is the latest evidence of surge in popularity for the confidential service, which took just 300 calls a day when it went live in 1999 and now takes 32,000 per day and employs 250 people.
