ON YER bike... our own parish magazine distributor, Gina Todd, is doing just that in aid of St Michael's Hospice in Basingstoke.
She's joining the Big Wheel 10 sponsored bike ride on Sunday, July 18, over a 20-mile course.
This is the 10th anniversary of the ride, and Gina's participation in it, so she's aiming to raise a four-figure sum in sponsorship for an excellent cause.

BT: Hey baby it's the telephone man... come to disconnect the callbox!
BT has advised the parish council that it is proposing to remove the public pay-phone at Lyde Green in Rotherwick due to a decline in usage.
During the consultation period until Tuesday, comments can be e-mailed to btp.authorisation.team@bt.com or posted to BT Payphones, PP 06A21, Delta Point, Wellesley Road, Croydon CR9 2YZ.
