A late goal from centre half Matt Parnell prevented youthful Hamble from signing off on a winning note at AFC Totton.
Parnell's equaliser cancelled out a first-half strike from Craig Rickman, which came after the home keeper had fluffed his clearance.
Hamble included 15-year-old central midfielder Carl Spencer and 17-year-old debutant Neil Smale, who was deployed at centre half. And Luke Musselwhite, 18, came off the bench.
