"This is city-style living at an affordable price," said Stuart McCombie, of the Arlington Square estate agency, referring to the second-floor flat in Melrose Walk.
It is on the market at £119,995.
The flat has an L-shaped lounge diner, which is open-plan to the kitchen. This has been refitted with units with green doors, beech-effect work surfaces and wall cladding.
The kitchen appliances included are an oven and hob. Laminated flooring has been laid in the bathroom, which is shared by the two bedrooms. One of the bedrooms has a walk-in store room, which new owners could possibly convert into an en suite shower room.
The flats in the Melrose Walk block have a security entry system and there is parking.
