Bemerton Heath Harlequins recorded a comfortable 3-1 victory over Blackfield & Langley at Western Way.

Paul Palmer nodded in Billy Baker's cross to put Harlequins in front on 15 minutes and they doubled their advantage before half-time when Darren Crook ran on to Palmer's headed pass to beat the 'keeper.

Adam Nash put in Stu Findlay to cross for Crook to grab his second and Bemerton's third after 65 minutes, with Steve Wheatland netting an 88th-minute penalty for Blackfield's consolation.

Bemerton boss Steve Slade smiled: "It was a comfortable win today but it will be a different story next week - we're away to Winchester City!"
