STUDENTS from across Hampshire were in the dock when a mock trial competition was staged in Fareham.
Youngsters studying law from colleges across the county had the chance to put their theory into practice as they acted out a trial complete with magistrates, solicitors and, of course, the guilty parties.
The event at Fareham magistrates court was a chance for law students to have hands-on experience of how the law courts work and get their first taste of how to win a case.
