AWARD-WINNING dance company CandoCo are back with a triple bill of new works demonstrating the versatility of the company's able-bodied and disabled dancers.
The group, currently in demand both at home and abroad, have teamed up with some of the UK's hottest young choreographer to devise their latest cutting-edge show.
Jamie Watton, co-founder of Physical Recall Dance Company, Phasing, a colourful piece for three dancers which weaves strands of delicate movement to create a playful study of human relations. The uplifting work will feature a soundtrack by the Steve Reich group.
The second, richly-costumed piece, Sour Milk, is choreographed by Javier de Frutos and is set against a dramatic score of Chinese drumming. Rounding off the show is Shadow, choreographed by Fin Walker, an energetic piece interspersed by moments of photographic stillness.
