SWEDISH telecoms company Telia has turned to Fareham company Telsis to expand its network to meet demand from Swedish television and broadcast organisations and other customers.
Telia claimed a world record for handling telephone mass voting when it answered calls from the equivalent of over half Sweden's population in a single evening's prime time television, and handles 90m mass calls a year. Segensworth company Telsis has been asked to supply equipment to solve problems of hot spots.
