A GUIDED walk to burn off the seasonal excesses of the last few days or escape the winter sales has been organised by Hamble Valley Tourism.
Tomorrow you can set off in the footsteps of monks and hear extracts about Netley's abbey ruins written by 18th and 19th- century literary greats.
The 2pm walk starts from the car park at the abbey and is scheduled to last about 90 minutes.
