THE one and only Chesney Hawkes is the latest in a long of Eighties popsters to be resurrected at LeisureWorld's Jumpin' Jaks venue.
Chesney made his name in the film Buddy's Song before his monster smash hit number one single The One And Only. His slightly less successful follow-ups included Man Not A Boy, Secrets Of The Heart and Feel So Alive.
He released his last album, Get the Picture, in 1993 and has recently written a song for the new N'Sync album.
Chesney will be rocking it up on Tuesday with a full live band covering tunes by the likes of Supergrass and Wheatus.
December 10, Jumpin' Jaks, Southampton. Tickets: £5. Box office: 023 8033 9706.
