ONE of Southampton's leading shopping centres is welcoming in a new era of customer service with a Daily Echo roadshow.
Our friendly staff will be selling copies of the newspaper and exclusive goody bags for £1 tomorrow at the Bargate Centre.
Children and adults will find the stall just outside the entrance to the mall between 10am and 2pm.
The contents of the bags will include Santa hats, wrapping paper, chocolate coins and a wealth of money off coupons.
Buyers will be treated to discounts at several shops around the centre including Juz Nailz, Asgard tattoo and piercing studio and designer menswear store Mirage.
Video game addicts will be given a play-one-get-one-free voucher to use at Sega World, the thriving arcade game emporium. Other offers will be included in our big book of coupons for shops based outside the Bargate as well.
The centre has recently changed ownership and hired a new manager, John Robinson, who has already introduced several initiatives to improve the Bargate experience including better security .
