SOUTHAMPTON singer Craig David packed 500 of his fans into a London record store yesterday for an impromptu performance from his latest album.
HMV's Oxford Street store was opened specially for the pop idol's visit to promote his new album Slicker Than Your Average.
Sales of the album took off and it is expected to rocket up the charts.
