CHANGING Faces, an Isle of Wight scheme encouraging people with extra support needs to give their time and skills to the community, has helped a talented illustrator take up a new post with Quay Arts at Newport.
Phil Procter, 31, previously a volunteer at Quay Arts, has now taken up the post of publicity/marketing co-ordinator.
Phil's previous voluntary role at Quay Arts was part of the scheme, run by the Island Volunteers group and funded by the Department of Health.
Changing Faces project co-ordinator Margaret Rylands said: "There are now 45 volunteers from this scheme in place throughout the Island and our aim is to increase that number significantly."
