THE Kimpton School PTA raised £4,000 at their summer fete which will help fund a major landscaping project.
Despite sporadic downpours, the sun shone long enough for the school children to demonstrate their dancing ability, which included a traditional and extremely colourful maypole dance.
In addition to the many people and companies who supported the event, the PTA was particularly grateful to Barclays Bank, The Princess of Wales' Royal Regiment in Tidworth for the loan of the marquee and The Army Air Corps from Middle Wallop for displaying one of their helicopters.
