HEDGE End police are appealing for witnesses who saw a car crash into a wall on the A27 at neighbouring West End.
The white Ford Granada car had just left the Texaco garage on the A27 heading towards West End before crashing into the boundary wall of The Gatehouse block of flats near the Master Builder pub. The accident happened at 1.50am on Monday, September 3 and the 22-year-old local female driver was unhurt.
But police are keen to hear from anyone driving along the A27 at that time or who was in the area and remembers seeing the crash. Anyone who can help is asked to contact PC Graham Spencer at Hedge End police station on 0845 045 4545.
