LAST-minute preparations are now well under way for Skandia Life Cowes Week's biggest and most popular events.
Tomorrow thousands will pack into the town's narrow streets and cram along the waterfront to watch the traditional end-of-regatta firework display.
Hundreds of yachts will also anchor in Cowes Harbour and in the nearby Solent to watch the traditional display which lasts for half an hour.
The display begins at 9.30pm and the best vantage points include the eastern end of Castle Hill, Cowes Parade, Princess Green, East Cowes Esplanade and the grounds of Northwood House.
Leading up to the display restrictions will apply to the Cowes floating bridge with only emergency vehicles carried between 7pm and 11pm.
