Eastleigh Countryside Service has lined up some half-term fun for youngsters aged 6 to 11.
Itchen Valley Country Park at West End will host an activity day with a colour and camouflage theme on Wednesday from 9.30am to 3.15pm, featuring games, outdoor exploration and art. Cost is £12 per child.
Watery fun is on the menu at Lakeside Country Park, Eastleigh, on Friday, June 1, when nets and trays will be provided to help dippers discover what lurks in a pond. The session, which starts at 11am, will cost £1.50.
