A dispute over five new homes at Lock's Heath will be sorted out by a Department of the Environ-ment inspector.
This follows an appeal by Mr and Mrs J Nowak against the refusal by Fareham Borough Council to allow five homes with garages and parking at 96 Lock's Heath Park Road. An inspector is conducting a hearing into their appeal at Fareham Civic Offices on Thursday, May 31, at 10am.
A decision will follow.
