THREE Andover Scouts have been presented with the Chief Scout's Award certificate at a special ceremony in Portsmouth.
Phillip North, Ruth Kempster-Knowles and Catriona Hendry, all members of the 22nd Andover (Knights Enham) scout group, were three of the 37 young men and women receiving the award.
BBC producer Bob Everett presented the certificates and congratulated them on their achievements. The scouts also received a letter which could be used as a reference when applying for college or work, outlining the requirements met before becoming a Chief Scout's Award holder.
