TWO separate rush-hour accidents brought traffic to a standstill on the M27 between Segensworth and Bursledon yesterday.
A four-vehicle crash on the westbound carriageway near Junction 9 at 7.50am caused major hold-ups in both directions.
A second smash involving two vehicles, near Junction 8 added to problems.
