The Lower Lake at Broadlands produced a good mixed bag to teenager Paul Lloyd who fished peg 1 in the rushes for eight tench to 5lb, six carp to 5lb plus bream and roach on the pole and curried luncheon meat.

On the pike front, Gary Bain took a 17lb fish from peg 86 and Ben Roberts also of Portsmouth took a 16lb 10oz fish from peg 84.

At Longbridge Paul Bennet of Swaythling fished peg 27 for five tench to 4lb 8oz, six bream to 4lb plus roach and skimmers on caster over pellet, while Neil Conway fished peg 34 on the canal for nine bream to 4lb 8oz, two carp to 9lb and 20lb of roach and skimmers. Jeff Coombes of Waterlooville fished peg 23 for ghosts of 14lb 8oz and 11lb plus mirrors of 12lb 12oz at 11lb 2oz in an 11-fish haul from peg 23 on popped-up mixers.

At Longhouse Fishery Teffont a small club match on Wood Lake was won by Colin Dix from Barford who fished waggler and corn for 64lb which included a 19lb 4oz common, fishing from peg 11. Willow Pond has seen mixed bags to 30lb while pegs 1 and 3 on Round Pond have produced the odd better roach and perch in nets to 10lb plus.

At Waldens Farm the best pike of the week at 15lb 3oz came from peg 44 on Abbots and fell to Arthur Jones of Ashurst who also took a brace of jacks around 5lb.
