Eastleigh-based private medical insurance business operated by OHRA is to transfer to Norwich Union Healthcare, subject to financial and regulatory approval.
The transfer of business follows the merger in June of Norwich Union with CGU, parent company to OHRA.
All 16 staff at OHRA's Eastleigh base have been offered jobs with Norwich Union Healthcare, which is based nearby at Chandler's Ford, but 12 have taken up jobs elsewhere.
Joint responsibility for OHRA's operation was established last week, and the full transfer of business should be made next January.
But the companies say new business will continue to be accepted on the OHRA range of policies.
