COMMIS chef Justin Whithan has been named employee of the month by the De Vere Grand Harbour Hotel at Southampton in only his second month at the hotel.
Justin, 19, joined the hotel in May and won the award for his commitment and personality.
He is working towards his kitchen and larder National Vocational Qualification, level 3, with the Hotel and Catering Training Company.
