SARA Sullivan, a commercial law specialist with solicitors Blake Lapthorn, has been appointed honorary solicitor to the Portsmouth and South East Hampshire Chamber of Commerce and Industry.
Sara, based at the law firm's New Court commercial centre at Segensworth, continues a traditional link between her firm and the chamber, taking over the role from David Higham, head of civil litigation with the firm and honorary solicitor to the chamber for 14 years.
Bob Gumbrill, chief executive of the chamber, said: "We've enjoyed a long relationship with Blake Lapthorn - David Higham has provided huge support for us. It's now a joy to have Sara fol-lowing his footsteps.''
