OFFICE staff have been helping spruce up one of Hampshire's oldest water mills.
Workers from CIBA Vision, from Hedge End, have been visiting the City Mill in Winchester.
They have exchanged computers and phones for paintbrushes to revamp the building's mill race, clearing away the cobwebs and applying coats of limewash.
Their volunteering is part of a partnership with the National Trust and Hampshire Wildlife Trust.
Sara Kilby, the wildlife trust's volunteering manager, said: "CIBA Vision staff worked really hard and the difference is amazing."
Ciba Vision staff Lousie Brent and Gail Smithers are shown painting the mill where the River Itchen runs underneath.
